We have 💯% confidence, we run these in every one of our project and personal daily driven trucks.

You WANT a one piece rear driveshaft. Customers often tell us their local shops won’t build a long driveshaft to replace their wobbling two piece unit due to max limits on paper. (And that info is correct)

While many say no, we say YES!

While breaking the rules on paper, we have these exact driveshafts in our own trucks built heavy and have absolutely no problem regardless of highway speed or horsepower or style of use. We’ve had these in applications from the mid 70 inch range to even mid 80’s measurement with no specific horsepower limits. 86” is the usual maximum length cross to cross but can go longer with a 5” Aluminum. A two piece driveshaft will often wobble at certain times, it is a service issue, and it can even negatively effect traction and wheel hop. With exact measurements from you we can get you a 4” steel or 5” aluminum drive shaft to suit your needs. Measurements will need to be precise and based on flat flange, u-joint center, or trans/transfer case output. A sketch often helps. Easy to start communication with email or a phone call after the selection is made online.

You will be getting a steel 4” if it’s fixed yoke to fixed yoke (with a HD full spline slip built in the center of the shaft). You can choose from 4” steel or 5” aluminum if you are going from a fixed pinion yoke to a trans/t-case slip. 1410 standard, 1480 available. Or just about any yoke/u-joint size you might need is available on special request.

option 1, 4” steel          1410 fixed to fixed with center slip

option 2, 4” steel         1480 fixed to fixed

(2 above are typically a 205 transfer case with a Fixed rear output yoke, the 4 below are a 241,271,273 ect, with a slip spline output shaft on the back of the trans or transfer case.)

option 3, 4” steel         1410 fixed to slip

option 4, 5” aluminum .120 1410 fixed to slip

option 5, 5” aluminum .120 1480 fixed to slip

One pieced drive shaft with fixed to fixed, or fixed to slip (internal slip yoke)

We have 💯% confidence, we run these in every one of our project and personal daily driven trucks. But due to the “rules” this item includes NO WARRANTY
